Luteal was created for busy women, by a busy woman — because your period might be recurring, but shopping for it shouldn't have to be.
How it started
The idea was actually pretty simple.
Luteal was founded by a busy lawyer who, like so many women, was constantly balancing work, a social life, family, wellbeing, exercise and everything else that somehow has to fit into a week.
There was already so much to organise, remember and think about — yet every month, period products and all the little things that make a period easier still became another last-minute job.
And it raised a fairly obvious question: if this happens every month, why are we still starting from scratch every time?
Because it isn't just pads or tampons. It's the heat patch you wish you'd remembered. The chocolate you suddenly really want. The tea, the little comforts, and all the other things that make those few days feel a bit more manageable.
So Luteal was created around a simple idea: choose what works for you once, tell us when you want it, and have it waiting for you before you need it.
